Service Terms
By booking a repair, service, upgrade, or customisation with Toy Soldier Airsoft, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
We aim to provide the highest standard of technical service, using professional methods, quality parts, and careful workmanship. Our goal is to return your equipment performing reliably and ready for the field.

Diagnostics & Inspection
All equipment received for servicing will undergo an initial inspection before work begins.
If additional faults, required parts, or unexpected issues are discovered during servicing, we will contact you before carrying out any additional chargeable work.
Please note that diagnostics may identify existing faults or wear that were not visible during initial booking.

Customer Equipment
Customers are responsible for ensuring all equipment sent to Toy Soldier Airsoft is packaged securely.
Toy Soldier Airsoft is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging during transportation.
Customers should remove all personal items, accessories, batteries, magazines, optics, and external equipment unless they are required as part of the service.

Repairs & Upgrades
While we aim to complete all services within the estimated timeframe, turnaround times may vary depending on:

• Availability of replacement parts

• Complexity of the repair

• Additional faults discovered during inspection

• Customer approval times for additional work

Installation of aftermarket parts may affect manufacturer warranties.
Toy Soldier Airsoft cannot guarantee compatibility or performance improvements from customer-supplied parts.

Parts & Components
We recommend the use of high-quality components from reputable manufacturers.
Toy Soldier Airsoft is not responsible for failures caused by:

• Poor-quality aftermarket parts

• Incorrect installation before arrival

• Previous modification work

• User misuse or neglect

• Incorrect maintenance practices

Any parts fitted by Toy Soldier Airsoft will be installed with care and tested where possible.

Testing & Performance
All serviced equipment will undergo function testing before being returned.
Testing may include:

• Chronograph testing

• Feeding checks

• Accuracy checks

• Leak testing (where applicable)

• General performance assessment

Performance results can vary depending on ammunition, environmental conditions, user setup, and external factors.

Shipping & Collection
All shipping costs to and from Toy Soldier Airsoft are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring correct shipping details are provided.
Toy Soldier Airsoft is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by courier services.
We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

Payment
Payment is required before equipment is returned unless otherwise agreed.
Additional work outside of the original service agreement will require customer approval before completion.
Toy Soldier Airsoft reserves the right to retain equipment until all outstanding balances have been settled.

Warranty & Service Guarantee
Any warranty provided applies only to work carried out by Toy Soldier Airsoft.
Our service guarantee does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse or neglect

• New faults unrelated to the original service

• Wear and tear from normal use

• Damage caused by incorrect maintenance

• Faults caused by additional modifications after servicing

Customer-Supplied Parts
Toy Soldier Airsoft can install customer-supplied parts where appropriate; however, we cannot guarantee the quality, compatibility, or reliability of parts we did not supply.
If supplied parts are found to be unsuitable, additional labour may be required.

Airsoft Replica Disclaimer
Airsoft replicas are mechanical devices that contain moving parts and are subject to wear during use.
Regular maintenance is recommended to maintain performance and reliability.

Toy Soldier Airsoft cannot guarantee that repaired equipment will perform identically to new equipment or meet specific performance expectations unless agreed beforehand.

Agreement

By submitting equipment to Toy Soldier Airsoft for repair, servicing, or upgrades, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
Toy Soldier Airsoft reserves the right to update these terms when required.
